Melanie joined Team Nemec in 2016 first as an admin assistant and then as a buyers agent. Melanie absolutely loves helping families find their home in the Rocket City. As a military dependent and then a military spouse – she has spent her entire life relocating and understands the difficulties that can happen during a move. Melanie’s husband Matt is retired military and they have two sons. One of whom is in college and the other a senior at Huntsville High School. When not working she is either playing tennis with Ann or practicing with her flute choir “The Prevailing Winds Flute Ensemble”.

Stephen is a Georgia native, but has lived in the North Alabama area since 2011. He has served as a career firefighter/paramedic for many years, but it was his family that inspired and encouraged him to pursue a career in real estate. Stephen comes from a family of Realtors, including his sister who is a fellow Keller Williams agent back in Georgia!

Ann started with Team Nemec in 2016 as a part-time Real Estate Assistant. As Team Nemec has grown over the past few years, so has Ann’s role. She is currently our Director of Operations, which means she wears many hats throughout our entire operation. Her favorite thing about being a part of Team Nemec is “the great people I get to work with that I get to call my friends”. Outside of work, Ann loves spending time with her family, especially her 7 grandchildren. When she is not traveling to visit them, you can find her on the tennis court!
Belle Coupland
Marketing Coordinator
Belle joined the team in 2022 as the part-time Marketing Coordinator. Her role focuses mainly on marketing our listings and keeping our social media updated. Being new to Huntsville she has enjoyed how her role at Team Nemec has helped her learn more about her new home and given her a sense of community, while affording her the opportunity to be home with her kids.
